Meet at Sentani airport or at your Hotel in Sentani area. Make sure you have breakfast before starting the tour. By using a 4-wheeled vehicle from the hotel we will go to Teletubis Hill which is located on the edge of Lake Sentani towards the opposite city of Jayapura in about 15-20 minutes. From the parking lot you have to walk to reach the maximum height so that the Enchantment of Lake Sentani is more visible and amazing which is surrounded by hills. Here you can enjoy the beauty of Lake Sentani and its surroundings from a height of 250 meters above sea level. At this time you not only see the beauty of Lake Sentani only from photos but at the same time you can enjoy the strong winds and of course feel how beautiful God's creation is.
Descend from the hill and continue in the direction of the city of Jayapura with the aim of Kalkote Harbor. From this small port we rent a traditional boat from the village to take us to one of the villages on Lake Sentani. on certain days and hours we may be able to meet people in the village to interact and buy souvenirs typical of Lake Sentani in the form of bark crafts and small statues made by the people who live in the village. In this village we can also walk around and see the daily activities of the community. A few moments later returned to the Kalkote pier.
Next, crossing the Waena District, our tour will stop at an altitude on one of the hills above Youtefa Bay, from here offering views of the Pacific Ocean. Formerly this place is a historical area during the second world war. The people in this place provide young coconuts and some processed snacks for visitors while enjoying the natural beauty.
In the direction of Jayapura City, we will go to Hamadi Beach which extends on the outskirts of Jayapura City with its black sand. Before ending our tour this afternoon, we will take you around the city for a while to get to know more about one of the famous city names in Papua as the largest and most beautiful capital city in Papua, namely Jayapura City. We will take you back to your original place at the airport or at a hotel in the Sentani area. In the direction of your starting place and about 25 minutes away from the city center we will stop at the TVRI Transmitter.
